Interiors will feature tall ceilings both on first and second floors. Rich cornices, operable shutters and hand-selected materials will all work together to create the period effect. Floor plans will be designed using simple forms and honest geometry. Garages will be de-emphasized by pushing them back away from the front of the homes. All garage doors will be single in scale, and motor courts will generally be designed to accommodate two cars rather than three.

Well-designed and executed detailing will be standard at Chatham Park. The first floor of the homes will be prominently raised above grade to allow for foundation planting and a strong sense of arrival at the front door. Entries feature porches and handsome door frames connecting the homes to the pedestrian walkways.
