ROSWELL, Ga. –
Chatham Park, the Chatham-Fuller
neighborhood priced from $1 million, has
welcomed the first residents.
Richard and Virginia Martz recently
moved into their home at Chatham Park in
Roswell after looking for a new home for
four years in Dunwoody, east Cobb and
north Fulton counties. Moving from
Dunwoody, they decided on Chatham Park
primarily because it was a planned
community of traditional homes as well as
the proximity to family. “Chatham Park
provided the most complete package in
relation to the other developments we
surveyed – the size, the planning, the
landscaping, the home styles and the fact
that Chatham Park is gated helped us
make our decision,” said Richard Martz.
The Martz's home at Chatham Park
was built by Bill Grant; a builder they knew
had an excellent reputation. The favorite
part of their new home is the covered
porch located in the back of their home.
Since they have a level lot, the porch
provides easy access to the pool and is a
perfect area for entertaining family and
friends.
“The beautiful nature setting makes you
feel like you are away from the hustle and
bustle. The location is convenient to
restaurants, shopping and several parks,”
said Virginia Martz.
