Yet his greatest achievement is having satisfied homeowners in 26 North Atlanta neighborhoods.

Chuck Tice LLC

Chuck Tice is a Master Builder who works well with architects in achieving the highest  quality home. His unmatched ability to conceptualize designs enables him to make any revisions that the homeowners require before construction. Chuck’s creativity turns unique client desires into reality. His high standards of quality have helped him assemble a team of skilled subcontractors.

Chuck has built numerous custom homes in the North Atlanta metro area. His attention to detail and research of different time periods is evident in his work with the restoration of historic homes in Roswell. Chuck is also well known for his work with major remodeling projects in Dunwoody and Buckhead. His proven versatility and hands on approach makes him capable of a wide variety of building projects.

Chuck is a second-generation builder with his son Justin now working full-time in the business. Chuck began building houses in Ohio in 1970, while working with his father, and moved to Georgia in 1982. Quality home construction and remodeling is always his major focus.

Rinik Homes, Inc.

Rinik Homes, Inc. was established in 1993, by Kevin Rinik. With 17 years of experience in residential construction and a B.S. in Construction Engineering, Rinik brings a wealth of expertise to Chatham Park. Rinik Homes is responsible for homes in renowned neighborhoods such as Glenayre, Winfield on the River, Wellington Lakes, Atlanta National and Barrington Gates.
